The Regional District of Central Kootenay (RDCK) is inviting Bids for PRJ25030-5: Erickson Water System – Residential Meter Installs – Package 5. Work is primarily comprised of the provisions of all labour, materials and equipment required to install water meter pits, metering assemblies and, if approved, any extra work required to facilitate the work.

The RDCK is inviting bids for the construction of transfer station upgrades at the Marblehead Transfer Station facility.

A non-mandatory pre-tender site meeting is scheduled for 10:30am (PT), May 11, 2026. Refer to section 4.2 in the Instructions to Tenderers Part I.

The Regional District of Central Kootenay is seeking quotes from qualified contractors.

The purpose of this Request for Quotations (RFQ) is to solicit qualified contractors to provide parking lot maintenance and line painting services at the Nelson and District Community Complex (NDCC). The work encompasses both the west side parking area accessed from Hall Street and the east side parking area accessed from Cedar Street, including all parking stalls, fire lanes, and the through-lane connecting the Civic and NDCC arenas.

Work is primarily comprised of the provisions of all labour, materials and equipment required to install water meter pits, metering assemblies and, if approved, any extra work required to facilitate the work.

The RDCK is seeking quotes for a Contractor to clean and re-stain all timbers, and check and re-torque all bolts on the Creston & District Community Complex, the Timber Pergola in the Community Park and wooden fence on the east side of the Rotacrest Hall parking lot.

The RDCK is inviting Bids for the installation of two (2) 350 mm diameter HDPE DR 11 casing pipes across Broadwater Road for future watermain replacement.

A pre-tender meeting may be held on April 16, 2026, at 10:00 AM at the project location 4205 Broadwater Road. Attendance is  optional, and the purpose of the meeting is to allow prospective bidders to ask questions related to the tender.

The RDCK is seeking Quotes for a Contract to supply the Services herein described on or before April 24, 2026. The RDCK owns three (3) recreation facilities with refrigeration plants that require annual mechanical/refrigeration maintenance and repairs. The RDCK wish to retain the services of a qualified and experienced mechanical/refrigeration contractor to perform work to ensure the equipment and components operate optimally.

Please note that during this period (April 13-August 13), there will be a prime contractor on site completing the removal and replacement of certain major components of the refrigeration systems in Nelson and Creston. Coordination will be required to perform work with the RDCK and Contractor on site.

The RDCK invites Proposals from professional, qualified, and experienced companies for the provision of Janitorial Services at the Regional District of Central Kootenay (RDCK) Lakeside Office @ 202 Lakeside Drive. Nelson BC V1L 6B9. 

The RDCK is seeking qualified contractors to undertake labour, equipment, grading, hauling and related services to cap historical landfill waste at the Edgewood, Burton and Rosebery decommissioned landfill sites.

The RDCK is inviting Bids for the  installation of approximately 105m of 150mm Dia. C900 PVC watermain, including two (2) road crossings with casing pipe, and three (3) hydrants, with associated service connections, fixtures, and tie-ins for the Fauquier Water System.

The RDCK is inviting Bids for the installation of 233m of 150mm Dia. C900 PVC watermain, with associated service connections, fixtures and tie-ins for the Burton Water System.

A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 12:30 pm, Thursday, April 9, 2026 at Burton Main Road and Burton Cross Road.
