Looking to book an ice time? Below is a new online ice availability view to help users see available ice times before submitting a booking request. This tool provides a quick way to check available times and make informed requests, while the existing booking process of filling out a booking request form still remains in place.

This is a pilot project focused on the NDCC and Civic Centre arenas and will be available for the 2026/2027 ice season. Civic Centre Arena online ice availability will not be available to the public until late September 2026.

How it works

  • View available ice times up to 30 days in advance.
  • Availability is shown in 15 minute time blocks.
  • Availability shown online represents potential booking times only and does not confirm a reservation.
  • To request ice time, users must still submit a Facility Booking Request Form.
  • Booking requests must be submitted at least 3 business days prior to the requested time to allow staff time to review and confirm the booking.
  • For bookings within 3 business days, call the booking clerk and they may be able to help. There is no guarantee that your booking will be complete.
  • All ice bookings have a minimum duration of 1 hour, with a 15-minute ice clean scheduled between bookings.
  • Bookings are on a first come first serve basis. Bookings are not confirmed until payment is received.
  • The availability view is in real time and availability may change. Our booking clerk will follow-up with you to confirm your booking time.
  • This availability view is currently available for the NDCC and Civic Centre arenas only.
