Corporate Administration

The Corporate Administration group provides administrative and advisory services and support to the entire RDCK organization and has primary responsibility for the following areas of RDCK business:

  • Maintaining corporate standards in governance operations ( meeting agendas, procedures, minutes etc.)
  • Maintaining effective operations of the Board of Directors  and the office of the Chief Administrative Officer
  • Head office building operations and front counter services
  • Corporate records and information management
  • Grant program administration
  • Policy development
  • Bylaw writing  and approval processes
  • Conducting elections and assent voting
  • Review, approval and tracking  of  contracts, leases and agreements
  • Insurance administration and risk management advisory services
  • Freedom of Information and privacy program administration
  • Corporate communications
  • Transit service administration
