Bylaw enforcement will be initiated:

  • Upon receipt of the online complaint portal

The RDCK Bylaw Enforcement team has many enforcement and investigations underway at any given time. We are required to respond by prioritizing situations that pose risks to human health and safety. Our policy is to inform or update complainants following the completion and closure of investigations. Updates during the investigation are at the discretion of the Bylaw officer and you may not receive any throughout the investigation. The officer will update the complainant once the file has been concluded.
