The RDCK does not operate any local libraries directly however funding is provided to municipal libraries in Nelson, Castlegar, Creston, Nakusp, Salmo, and Kaslo through its eight library services. Costs are generally recovered through taxation in defined portions of the participating electoral areas. For more information, visit each library’s website below.
