Inspections

The Regional District of Central Kootenay provides building permit inspection services in Electoral Areas A to K. Please refer to Building Officials Page for Electoral Areas Map.

For inspections in the municipalities of Castlegar, Creston, Nelson, New Denver, Salmo, and Slocan contact the municipalities.

It is the responsibility of the owner or designated representative to call or email for inspections as construction proceeds.  Please provide the permit number, type of inspection, site address and owner’s name . Three business days notice is required when booking an inspection.
