WHEN WILL PROPOSALS FOR SUPPORT BE APPROVED?

Recommendations from each area’s adjudication committee meetings will be presented for approval during the May 15th, 2025 RDCK Board Meeting.

WHAT IS THE TIME FRAME FOR THE 2025 REDI GRANTS PERIOD?

The 2025 ReDi Grants project period is defined as May 16th, 2025 to June 30th, 2026. All 2025 projects are expected to be completed during this time.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE 2025 REDI GRANTS PAYMENT?

Funding payments for approved proposals will be disbursed in June and July. To receive funding support of $5,000.00 or more, organizations must sign a funding agreement prior to the release of funding. Organizations with the required agreement will be contacted by the grants coordinator.

WHAT ARE THE REPORTING REQUIREMENTS?

  • Ensure projects are completed by June 30, 2026.
  • Make sure that all the funds allocated for the project have been utilized according to the approved proposals.
  • Voluntarily and without reminders, submit a Final Financial Report upon completion of their project or no later than June 30, 2026.
  • Visit rdck.ca/ReDi for the most up-to-date reporting links and guidelines.
  • Ensure to include copies of all receipts, invoices, and other supporting documentation that demonstrate how the total amount of grant funding was utilized when submitting the final financial report.
  • Grant recipients are required to return any unused funds to the RDCK before the final financial report will be approved.

WHAT ABOUT EXTENSIONS OR CHANGE OF SCOPE REQUESTS?

Should your 2024 funded projects not be completed by June 30th, 2025, it is advised to obtain an authorized extension or authorized change of scope before October 31, 2025.

Submit a 2024 ReDi Grants extension or change of scope request.

Organizations must submit complete and outstanding project financial reports for 2024 funded projects by December 31st, 2025 to be eligible for grant funding consideration in 2026 and future intakes. Failure to do so will result in ineligibility until the report is submitted and approved.
