Crawford Bay Fitness Centre
The Crawford Bay Fitness Centre is located upstairs at the Crawford Bay School and offers a welcoming, centrally located fitness space for the East Shore community. The facility includes stationary weight equipment, a free-weight room, a stretch and yoga zone, and a cardio wall, supporting a wide range of workout styles and abilities.
Our facility hours of operations 5:30am to 10:30pm 7 days a week through a fob system. We are closed Wednesday’s from 1:00pm-2:00pm.

Important Information for Seniors (60+): Free seniors memberships require age verification and cannot be purchased online. If you are 60 or older, please contact us directly and our team will be happy to walk you through the process and set up your membership.

Please note: New members who do not yet have a fob will need to arrange a pickup time by emailing cbfitness@rdck.bc.ca. Fobs are not issued at the time of purchase and will be available for pickup at a later date.

Members can access the Crawford Bay Fitness Centre 7 days a week during our hours of operation through a fob system. Fobs are issued once memberships have been paid.
If you are a new member, please contact us at cbfitness@rdck.bc.ca to arrange a time to pick up your fob and gain access.

The East Shore Facilities Society (ESFS) is no longer managing the Crawford Bay Fitness Centre. The RDCK has taken over operation of the facility, and membership processes have now moved to the RDCK.
Starting January 12, 2026, all memberships will be available to purchase online only through the RDCK’s online system which you can access by clicking the button above and logging into your account. Membership sales through the ESFS website and by e-transfer are no longer available.
School District 8 has taken over management of The Family Place. Please contact School District 8 directly for booking inquiries related to that space.
