3823 Goat Canyon Road

The RDCK has acquired 3823 Goat Canyon Road. A 4.4-acre riverfront property along the Goat River, for the purpose of creating a future regional park and restoring public access to this important natural area. The site is now publicly owned, but it is not yet open for recreation.

The RDCK has been in contact with Yaqan Nuʔkiy throughout the acquisition process and will continue this engagement as planning moves forward. Residents will also have opportunities to provide input as planning for the future park advances. The RDCK will share engagement opportunities with residents once they have been determined.
