Salmo and Area G recreation offers a weight room, fitness programs and more right in your own neighbourhood. During the summer months there is also access to an outdoor pool. Drop-in to find out more.

Our office hours are as follows:

Monday - Thursday: 6:30 -10:30 am, 4:00 - 8:00 pm
Friday: 4:00 - 8:00 pm
Saturday: 6:30 -10:30 am
Sunday: Closed

Salmo Recreation is closed on all Statutory Holidays.
