Mother's Day Book Walk - May 8-16

Nelson, BC: Looking for a fun, interactive, outdoor activity with your family this Mother's Day weekend? Starting Saturday, May 8 and running through Sunday, May 16, the Regional District of Central Kootenay (RDCK) is offering a book walk at three different locations.
A book walk is a self-guided interactive activity where a children’s story, page by page, is placed along a popular walking route. Whether you are walking, riding or pushing a stroller, this is a great opportunity to get outside, enjoy the beauty of our Regional Parks, and have fun as a family.
The book walk will be offered at Great Northern Rail Trail (1105 Mountain Station Road), Crescent Valley Beach Trail (1277 Highway 6), and Taghum Beach Regional Park Trail (Granite Road).
