Area J residents invited to participate in climate adaptation survey
November 30, 2017
Calling all residents of Area J - Ootischenia, Robson, Renata, Deer Park, Brooklyn, Shields, Raspberry, Syringa and Fairview. The Rural Development Institute at Selkirk College and the Regional District of Central Kootenay (RDCK) want to better understand how our communities are adapting to climate change. We would like to hear from you. Are you growing food in your backyard? Have you created an emergency preparedness kit? You are invited to participate in a short survey (5-10 minutes) to share your experience.
Take the survey now! https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/2BGY6MX
The purpose of this survey is to better understand how prepared RDCK Area J residents are for the impacts of climate change. Your participation is voluntary, and your responses will be anonymous. The survey is part of a larger project reporting on key indicators of climate change adaptation and preparedness in Area J. Study results will be reported in winter 2018.
