How do I create a new account or make edits to my existing account?
If you need to create an account for online registration or make edits to your existing account, please contact your local recreation facility. You won't be able to create or edit an account online yourself.
Is the payment process secure?
Yes the payment process is secure. Your payments are processed through Moneris Solutions.
Can I still register in person or over the phone?
Yes, you can register in person by visiting one of our community complexes or recreation offices, or by giving us a call.
Why do I need to opt-in to receive notifications and emails?
This is required by Canadian Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL). Our system (called PerfectMind) may send you automated prompts at regular intervals so you can re-confirm your consent to receive emails from us.
