Request for Proposal - Creston & Areas A, B & C Parks & Recreation Masterplan

The Regional District of Central Kootenay invites proposals from proponents for the delivery of comprehensive Master Planning in 2018.

The Regional District of Central Kootenay has many Regional Parks and Recreation Services; with this Request for Proposal, the District is seeking a qualified proponent to work with local Recreation Commissions and RDCK staff to establish community-based priorities for recreation, parks, trails and leisure facilities services.
